Fukuoka Soy Sauce store offers free brewery tours all year round.
Please call us and let us know your desired date and time to make a reservation in advance.
In addition, we are offering two types of tour plans through ``Aso View!'' and ``Jalan.''

The Dedication of Fukuoka Soy Sauce Shop
We continue to use the same tools and breweries for more than 120 years because the very yeast that permeates everything in our brewery becomes the base of our soy sauce. At most soy sauce breweries, they use soybeans that are processed to remove their fat, but we have always used whole soybeans.
We can also produce Halal-certified products
Halal is an aspect of the rules of the Islam religion which determines what ingredients may be used. Products that are halal have the certification mark on them. To be certified, it is necessary to receive approval from the certification agency located in each country.
