Return/exchange policy

◆ About returns

-Regarding returns due to poor quality

At our shop, if the following conditions are met, we will respond to "refund / exchange" due to initial defects or troubles, so please contact us.

1.Correspondence condition
Regardless of whether the product is used or not, in principle, we will respond if you contact us by phone or email within 5 days after the product arrives.

2.Refund amount
We will fully refund the product price (tax included), shipping costs, and other costs incurred by the customer.
*We will bear the cost of returning the product, so please send it by cash on delivery.

3.About exchange
Even if you wish to exchange instead of refund, we will in principle correspond, but in some cases we may not be able to respond to the exchange, such as it is impossible to arrange the same product.
In that case, please understand that it will be refunded.
