Ponzu/Radish Tartar Sauce

■ Boiled egg: 3 pieces
■ Radish: Medium 1/4
■ Yuzu no Mai: 2 tablespoons
■ Hasamezu: 2 tbsp
■ Mayonnaise: 3 tbsp (if you like)
■ Shichimi pepper: Appropriate amount (if you like) 

[How to make]
① Make a hard boiled egg.Make grated radish, squeeze it well and drain.
② Mix all the ingredients.
(It goes well with fried fish and meat dishes.)
