Dear customers

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support of the "Hasamezu series".

We would like to inform you that our 200ml and 120ml "Honjozo" will be renamed "Tokoshie".
Our "Honjozo" is pressed with the wood container, which has not changed since Meiji 28, with a giraffe-type squeezer, which is rare nowadays.
We would like to continue to protect our proud honjozo, which has been created with great care and effort, without change.
In addition, we named it [Tokoshie] with the hope that our customers will continue to patronize us for a long time.
In addition, it will be a completely additive-free product with no alcohol added.

We hope that you will continue to patronize this brewed soy sauce “Tokoshie”.
In addition, the 900ml size is no longer sold, and there is no label change for the 120ml size.
