White soy sauce

Hot Spring Eggs

■ 6 tablespoons of water
■ Hasamezu 1 tablespoon white
■ 1 teaspoon mirin
■ 1 egg

[How to make] 
① 1 liter in a potAdd water and bring to a boil, then turn off the heat.Add eggs and leave for 8 to 12 minutes
(Small 8 minutes Medium 10 minutes Large 12 minutes)
② Combine the sauce ingredients, boil and cool to finish.
