【material】
■ Rice 150g
■ Tuna 100g
■ 5 large leaves
■ 1/2 ginger

Mirin a little
■ Hasamezu Koiro 50ml
■ Yuzu no Mai Your favorite amount



[How to make]
① Hasamezu Add a little mirin to Koiro and heat in the microwave for 1 minute.
② Put the heat-removed ① in the cut tuna and let it sit in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
③ Add the desired amount of Yuzu no Mai to the rice and mix it crisply.
④ Put the tuna on the rice, put the perilla, white sesame, and chopped ginger on it, and sprinkle the remaining ① sauce on it to complete.
