【material】
■ 1 radish
■ Hasamezu Koiro 300ml
■ Sugar 200g
■Hasamezu Vinegar 100ml
■ Ginger, hawk's claws as much as you like


[How to make]
① Peel the radish and cut into 3-5mm thick ginkgo.
② Put ingredients other than radish in a pan, turn on the heat, and turn off the heat when it boils.
③ Put ① in ② and leave it overnight to complete.
