Halal highest-grade soy sauce
This natural, refermented soy sauce is of the highest-grade products in our lineup. Two years are spent to prepare the malt through completely manual processes. With a rich taste and aroma, this soy sauce is perfect for sushi and sashimi. Some sediments and bubbles may remain at the top of the bottle, and the soy sauce may appear slightly cloudy. This is due to the natural filtration process, and is not a defect.
Halal honjozosoy sauce
This naturally-prepared soy sauce is one of our higher-end products. Though prepared in only one stage, it is left to age for about two to three years. All the processes starting from preparation are carried out manually. Fine to the taste buds, this soy sauce has a light taste and aromatic flavor. In addition to sushi and sashimi, it makes a good partner for all kinds of cooking styles, such as cold tofu, boiled vegetables, and simmered or stir-fried dishes. Due to the natural filtration process without the use of a filter medium, some sediments may remain and the product may appear cloudy. This is not a defect.
Halal ponzu soy sauce
Naturally-brewed soy sauce with yuzu from Tokushima (Shikoku) used lavishly. The moderately sour taste of the yuzu matches well with the aroma and flavor of the soy sauce.
Halal Lemon soy sauce
To prevent fermented alcohol from being generated from brewed vinegar, we have combined the use of acetic acid. With lemon used to replace the fermentation seasoning, we succeeded in producing a vinegar that sets it apart from conventional products.
Halal Triple Citrus dressing
This dressing is luxuriously made from three different kinds of citrus fruits (lemon, yuzu and shikuwasa). The pleasant sourness of the fruits matches well with the mild sweetness of the honey to give it a refreshing taste. You can also dilute it as desired for drinking.
